About Me

I am a Mechanical Engineering student at The University of Texas at Austin with hands-on experience in mechanical systems, engineering testing, embedded systems, systems engineering, and technical documentation.

I enjoy designing and building systems that combine mechanical design, electronics, programming, controls, prototyping, and data analysis to solve real engineering problems.

Engineering Projects

Selected hands-on engineering work featuring hardware, software, prototyping, testing, and real-world engineering development.

AI Vision Pan-Tilt Tracker

Designed and built a Raspberry Pi-based computer vision system capable of detecting and autonomously tracking a face in real time using a servo-driven pan-tilt mechanism.

Integrated a Raspberry Pi 5, Camera Module 3, PCA9685 PWM controller, OpenCV, Python, and servo control into a complete electromechanical tracking system.

Recorded tracking performance during testing and analyzed pan and tilt response data to evaluate the behavior of the control system.

CT Dyno System Modernization

Engineering internship project at NOV focused on understanding, testing, documenting, and supporting the modernization of a coiled tubing dynamometer test system.

Worked with instrumentation, system layouts, P&IDs, controls concepts, I/O documentation, and engineering recommendations while studying the operation of the existing test system.

Participated in dyno testing by running fluid through the system at different BPM rates and analyzing collected data to evaluate system behavior under different operating conditions.
